  • When do I start?

    You'll start on a Sunday morning, anytime you're ready. All the information and support is there for you any time.

  • Is this a keto plan?

    No. Some people may enter into ketosis during the program, but that's not the main goal. It depends on how many and what types of carbohydrates you choose to include. We can tailor it for your specific goals and needs. You don't have to be in ketosis to experience weight loss and other benefits.

  • Is this Whole 30? Is this a Vegan/Plant Based diet?

    No, it's not Whole 30. This program goes deeper than food lists. Neither is it a Vegan/Plant Based diet, though if you are vegan we can modify it for your preferences.

  • How much weight will I lose?

    I have seen clients release up to 35lbs in 5 weeks. Others don't want to lose weight but simply to feel better. We can tailor the program for your health goals. Most start to see exciting results in as little as one week. Some release inches more than weight. Each body is unique. Depending on health history, it can take longer for some to see big shifts in weight or measurements. This is a lifestyle practice you can enjoy indefinitely -- the more you embrace the lifestyle, the better you will feel.

  • Can men do this program?

    Yes! We modify for men in a different way than women. Both men and women can expect great results when they follow the program.

  • Do I have to participate in the FB group?

    No. Some clients prefer to fly solo. Others use the group as an extra resource. Either way you have direct access to your coach.

  • What if I hate to cook or don't know how?

    You'll get plenty of tips and tricks for keeping healthy food at the ready while doing the "least painful" amount of home prepping possible. Let's see if we can get you a little happier and more confident in the kitchen.

  • Who has the most success?

    Those who go all in. Those who follow the program. Those who have a real WHY for getting healthy. This is not a good fit for complainers and whiners.

  • Who should NOT do this program?

    Pregnant women. People with active cancer. If you have poorly controlled diabetes or severe disordered eating - you must be under the care of a specialist who approves of the program. Cardiac, kidney or liver disease - get doctor's approval. Diabetes - talk to your doctor and monitor your blood sugar closely. Thyroid and blood pressure meds should be monitored closely - be in contact with your doctor to make sure you do not become overmedicated as your body begins to self regulate.
